Sign Up for the Arizona Burn Foundation Smoke Detector Walk
In August, one of our neighbors experienced a devastating house fire, losing two beloved pets.
On Saturday, November 22, the Arizona Burn Foundation will conduct a neighborhood walk in Fairview Place, installing 10-year, battery-sealed, dual-sensor smoke alarms, Deaf and Hard of Hearing smoke alarm systems and/or Rescue Retriever smoke detectors for pet owners.
All they ask is for recipients to make a donation of any amount to the Arizona Burn Foundation to pay it forward.
You must sign up prior to the event.
Email programs@azburn.org and include your name, address, phone number and the type of smoke detector you would like installed. They will even test your current device if you’re unsure if you need a new alarm.
