Arizona State Fair Parking Permits & Exterior Rehabilitation Grant Funding Information

The Arizona State Fair will take place September 19-October 26 (Thursdays-Sundays).

If you are a Fairview Place resident and you don’t have your permit parking or hanger, you can apply by filling out this application.

We are working diligently to get the names of resources to call to report various fair issues.

Please look for an email with this information mid-September.

2025 Exterior Rehabilitation Grant Funding Now Available

This program provides 50/50 matching grants up to $20,000 for exterior work on homes that are in city-designated historic districts or individually listed on the city's historic property register - that’s us!

Learn more about the program by joining a virtual grant workshop on Thursday, September 25 at 6:00 p.m. A WebEx meeting link will be provided on the city of Phoenix Historic Preservation Office website approximately 48 hours before the workshop begins. The workshop will also be recorded so it can be viewed afterward, with a link provided on the HP website.

Applications for this round of funding are due by Friday, November 21 at 5:00 p.m.
